So JAM Good is a home based business.  My products are marketed through local Farmers Markets and through internet marketing.   I do wholesale to several stores in the area and have the use of a commercial kitchen for the retail products.  Eventually a commercial kitchen will be installed at my home base.  In normal circumstances, I cook my products daily.  I have local suppliers for some of my fruit, I purchase some through stores and I am expanding my own fruit farm in the hopes that in years to come, most of my berries will be home grown.   Over the years, I have tweaked recipes and made them my own.  The same recipe is used for each flavour of jam, jelly, marmalade or pepper jelly everytime I make a batch.  Consistency and quality are most important in my products.
