2025 Applications
Summer Market May until October
The summer markets will begin on the May 17. Vendors are set up every Saturday until the end of October. Market hours are 9:00 to 1:00. Coffee and tea will be sold at the market on a weekly basis.
Vendors can apply through one of two streams:
Farmers Market for Farmers/Producers/Homesteaders or Food Vendors (who do not cook at a commercial kitchen). Complete the online application.
Craft Market for Artisans/Crafters or Food Vendors (who cook at a commercial kitchen). Complete the online application.
Youth Entrepreneurs: for people under age 24 with a first year start up business-use the Farmers Market application.
Community groups are welcome to apply to have a booth at the market. There will be space for one community group per week. Complete the online application.
Vendors should supply their own canopies, tables and chairs in addition to their products, table coverings and decorations. Signage clearly indicating the price of items as well as the business name and location must be on display. There is an ATM at the grocery store but it is not always convenient for customers. Always have an adequate cash float on hand, and it is recommended to Vendors who don’t have a POS (Point of Sale) system, to be prepared to accept etransfers.
Creemore Farmers’ & Craft Market is an outdoor market that takes place every Saturday, rain or shine, (lightning and other violent storms excepted) in the parking area adjacent to the Station on the Green in Creemore. This is a market for makers, growers and producers. Applicants must grow or make any products sold. This is a Farmers Market registered with FMO (Farmers Markets Ontario) so Resellers or Direct Marketing vendors are not permitted nor are Vendors who sell CBD products. As the Market grows, there may be several Vendors who sell similar products on any given day. The Board of Directors reviews all applications submitted on an ongoing basis and there will be a variety of Vendors throughout the season. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by the Treasurer and are invoiced using a Quickbooks online system. Vendor fees must be paid before the market date.
Please read the Bylaws before signing the application. They are found under Governance.
Copper Kettle and Harvest Fest
Vendors must attend 3 summer markets to apply for Copper Kettle and/or Harvest Fest.
Volunteers both adult and youth are very important to this organization. Get to know your community and participate in its success. If you are interested in helping out or need some volunteer hours for your school graduation please email the Market Manager.
See you at the Market!
